THE
EARLY YEARS
The Roth name has been associated with fine boat building in New England
for decades.
It started in the 1970's when a boat builder from southern Massachusetts
began making custom skiffs for local explorers of coastal inlets and
bays.
It
didn't take long for Roth to build a reputation for quality craftsmanship.
The sturdy and graceful design made owners proud and onlookers envious.
But only a select few customers were able to purchase a Roth built
boat in those early years because of limited production.
THE NEXT GENERATION
From the humble beginnings of a single boat builder came a company
we now call RothBiltBoats. We're proud of our legacy, and even more
proud of our extended family of loyal customers. By listening to your
feedback we have married the principles of quality boat building with
the functionality you demand.
EVOLUTION OF A LEGEND
In the beginning there was a 15 foot skiff, The Finestkind.
From there a 17 foot Roth Built built through the 1990's. Then
the line extended from an RB16 Classic, to the RB18 Classic, to the
RB21 Classic then the RB21 Cabin and now the RB24. All of
these boats have the classic fit and finish and look of a
RothBiltBoat.
From the success of these models we have numerous other boats ready
to be designed and built. The next is the RB24 Cabin, designed
with similar lines to the RB21 Cabin but with more deck and cabin
space. This boat should be available in early 2009.
